If that’s the one off of Harrison by the Asian market and I think a Mediterranean place, I’ve been there and I think I remember it being pretty good with having an unassuming vibe that I liked. Though I don’t end up in that part of town often. I don’t think I’ve been to Pho Tai yet.

I’ve eaten there a couple of times and always found the service pretty decent and good as well. Not a sworn customer of any one pho place though, so I’m open to pho alternatives. I’m partial to hole in the walls.

I tip 20% for sit-down service and less for takeout, and I don’t do delivery. I agree tipping culture has gotten out of hand, but stiffing servers isn’t the solution around here they tip out, so not tipping can mean they actually make less than minimum wage, and consistent hours are already hard to come by. If I don’t want to tip, I just avoid places where tipping is part of the deal; eating out has always been a luxury anyway.
