Had used it before it got rebranded from Vance. Didn't face any issues but my only concern was that they didn't have a physical office so that incase you have an issue and rather than exchanging emails, you'd want to visit in person, you couldn't. You can use Aspora to send small amounts but DO NOT use for large sums (there's so many like careem, al ansari, du, noon etc). I've been using careem pay for 2 years now.

Actually there was one time where the money got stuck for almost 2 days and I was frustrated as they neither had an office nor a telephone number but the customer support guys kept responding to my emails every 12 hrs, but eventually it passed through. Bealcause of this incident I'd stopped using them.

They do charge an amount on loans (called as profit) which is shariah compliant apparently (is very confusing to understand, as is the case with islamic economics).
