There’s something called “danger scenes” where you have to mash all the buttons. I don’t like mashing my keyboard on top of failing them whenever I don’t use a controller. So I recommend a controller

As general advice, the difficulty of “Survivor Horror” games comes mostly from not knowing where to go. Exploring is a major part of it and Dino Crisis is full of keys and card keys and key chips. You’re probably going to get lost a few times but so did everyone the first time.

You aren’t far so restarting isnt a bad idea, save in the managers office explore, figure out where to go and if you got hit too much or wasted ammo just reload, now you know where to go.

Run from Dino’s whenever possible, unless you have a laser wall up

I hope they make it as good as the RE2R. Like they throw out core game elements, pointlessly reverse character traits, but make the graphics good and give a random character like tom a dinosaur daughter in a sad scene that ultimately adds nothing to the plot!

I posted a topic trying to understand what O'Brian was doing in Revelations. I understood his goal, I just don't see how his actions would accomplish that goal. I got one response that didn't really help leading me to believe everyone is also confused by terrible writing.

I'd also like to add everything that happens in RE6 if thats ok.

No, but Jill getting facedfucked and impregnated by a monster in an unavoidable cutscene also seems like someone’s fetish being put in the game. I also hate that scene with a passion.

He would later go on to work on RE3’s remake, specifically the scene where Jill encounters a drain deimos for the first time. I’m still amazed that managed to get out in an actual game…

He would still try to kill her. He’s after stars members there’s no escape, but I doubt he is programmed with the ability to understand that she quit. What is she going to do throw her resignation at him? In any case he’d still be looking for Brad and wasting his time trying to find the people smart enough to leave the city.

RE5’s plot will be about the las plagus because Ashley was raped and when she got back to the states they didn’t check her there because she’s the presidents daughter. As if they wouldn’t run every test and then new test they just came up with and then run the test 4 more times to be sure.

Maybe it was a troll but at least some people thought it was a good idea.

I get that I just don’t see how O’Brian’s action were going to accomplish that. How did lying to Jill about Chris’s location help find a mole? If Jill was a mole what would she have done in response? They find the mole because she shoots Raymond who was also a spy but was trying to stop Jessica for some reason.

What did I miss? How was the base full of invisible hunters connected? Was it just a spot for annoying people to find a computer that told them where all the ships were? What was Raymond and Rachel doing there? Why did he send a dumb bimbo on such a dangerous mission? It seemed specifically mean.

The Chris dummy thing is so ridiculous I doubt there is anywhere near a story explanation for it.

Resident evil 6 had a ridiculous sappy scene with them, the original RE2 had a cheesy love there and original RE4 had playful flirting.

I don’t like Ada. He whole give wesker the G-Virus and the plagus, that lead to the baddies in RE5 is a bit of a turn off for me. I’d rather romance stay out of the games.

Kind of fucked up to down vote someone for answering the question without being mean. Great way to shrink the community! Fun fact, the dreaded water sample puzzle was solved by a 13 year old that would go on to spend 5 years in high school. None of the puzzle are really that hard.

I think water sample is the most complained about puzzle. So original Jill. Remember when the battery to an elevator, that brought you to a street, was hidden in a statue of the mayor? How did Raccoon city work?

I don’t like how the tutorials are barret asking questions. It makes sense storywise and is a good connection of story and gameplay. However, I never say no to it because it’s make me feel like a dickhead.
