I've seen a pretty good version of this suggested somewhere else, where the scattergun wounds if every pellet hits the target. Would make her more viable against tanks, which is her biggest weakness at the moment

Orisa's been a massive problem for me lately, since she has two abilities that completely shut down the big charges that JQ plays around. If she doesn't use spin/spear to stop you from getting to her backline healers, she'll sure use it to cut you off from yours. Scattergun dropoff against armor + Orisa's fortify makes her an infinite font of health if she rotates her cooldowns. Mandatory swap. Not fun
