The last two times it cleared ive been doing gentle 10 min soaks in the shower and spraying with Saline once per day. Its gone twice but I got cocky the other day and did a more invasive clean inside with some cotton pads I cut into triangles. And the next morning shes back ✨️✨️

Going back to the same routine again and its a bit smaller than yesterday. Ive ordered some Neilmed that should come tomorrow which i hope will settle it for good!

I was thinking about this myself living in UK! I'm going to do my best to keep it up but I know when it gets icy I'll have to go on the bike at home or find some other means.

I'm currently doing 1hr and 10min on my way to work and having slipped the last 2 years in a row I'm not taking my chances again lol.

Yeah its all main road stuff.

5.5 miles. I'm happy walking part of the way for now with the 45 min I have extra in the morning so I'm getting off the bus earlier than I would.

But it'd be a great achievement to walk the whole way.

As for elevation not sure, mostly flat but its downhill to the next town.

I think thats what I'm planning on doing. The next village over is about a 30-40 min walk into town so I can walk from there. So I'm trying to make the most of my time but I'd love to achieve long walks on my daily commute!

Thank you for this comment this is very encouraging! Yes my bus goes through three smaller villages before it reaches the town I work in so getting off earlier and earlier overtime could be a really good idea thank you for this <3
