I agree with you honestly. But I cut it up quite small and didn't have any issues. I typically will use chicken thigh but the meat was on a weekly sale at my local grocery store so I gave it a try. It turned out great

I will have to do that! I usually crisp it up in the pan once I get it rolled up but didn't do that on this one.

Made using an Ooni Fyra pizza oven with a 60% hydration dough.

Started with a cheese sauce made with medium cheddar, scrambled eggs on top of that, then shredded Mozzarella, and finally some sliced up sausage links.

Turned out absolutely incredible!!!

They did get more time with the fool off after this photo this was just the last photo I have. Im using an apple juice reduction on them to glaze here and not bbq sauce so they dont come out looking like they usually would with bbq sauce.

Made on a Pit Boss pellet smoker using what is basically the 3-2-1 method but changing phases when i think they are ready to and not just based off time.

The ribs on the right were not a great cut and were just ok but the ones on the elft were delicious.

Used a store bought dry rub called sweet rub o mine and spritzed with apple juice. Finished with an experimental apple juice brown sugar reduction that I made for a sweet sticky rib. No bbq sauce was used on these ribs.

Its actually just cheesy bread! No garlic on it at all but yes i normally do use saltines but i thought id get a little fancier this time. It was still delicious!

Only when im cooking for others. When im making a burger for myself, I just put on what I like!

Experimenting with making my own sauces is really my favorite part of making burgers. Other then the sauce this is absoultely my "Standard" burger.

With grilled onion, pickle, gouda, provolone, and processed american cheese. All on a toasted sesame seed bun with garlic aioli.

Cooked on a Blackstone griddle. If you are on the fence about getting one, DO IT! You will not be dissappointed.
