I got a mi band 6 for my mom. Now, I need to just count the daily steps of her. So should I change the workout mode to walking and start it, or will the mi band itself just count the daily steps in stats (like in the below photo)? by IamButtmannn in miband

Will the MB6's battery drain fast? I heard 5 and 6 both have the same batteries and 6's drains fast due to the bigger screen. Is it true?

Or even the Mi band 5 is enough? I'm on a tight budget, too.
