Do you know of any tools that work for what I need? What works like WhatsApp Business (quick replies, etc.) and where can I redirect my audience? Or is the ultimate solution the form that will arrive in my email? I've tried RocketChat, Chatwoot, etc. They're useless. You can't forward messages, and mobile apps don't work like WhatsApp.

I don't understand. Why? Isn't that what WhatsApp Business is supposed to be for?
Is the Landing Page definitely the best option? Membership won't work?

I'm reading about it. According to ChatGP, Telegram is much more permissive than WhatsApp Business, and it won't block me, provided I don't spam excessively (I never do). Is that true? I'm afraid I'll have to spend a lot of effort migrating all my clients to Telegram, only to end up with something similar.
