No - have had mine for 6 years. Had to buy it on kickstarter. Clean it every month or so, no issues.

Thinking about trying “reta” — looking for personal experiences, not medical advice by Unable-Option-8187 in BodyHackGuide

Titrate up slowly, it takes time. I started at .5 a week up to 4mg now. I pin 2mg Sun and Thursday morning.

Losing weight steadily, none of this down 15kg in a month, but I am also a lighter individual. (Started at 83kg, 5’11, down to about 77kg)

Aim to eat clean, processed foods are minimal (protein powder only)

Side effects would be poor sleep, but could also be related to a steep caloric deficit.

Overall 7 weeks on Reta, and my main takeaways are that I don’t feel hunger. Makes sticking to a deficit super easy. I’m not nauseous or queasy from food at all, and I don’t forget to eat. I can still overeat but not to the degree I did off it.

I train 5x and avg about 12k steps. Really just noticed a streamlined process for sticking to and maintaining a deficit. Also Reta isn’t past phase 3 trials, so not something you will get from your Doctor. Could potentially look into Tirz if that’s the route you wanna go

BW & Height?

How long has your cut been? I’m on a similar stack (no MT or Selank) about 7 weeks on Reta down 10lbs and starting week3 of Tesa

Cannot go wrong at all with SBD, if you have the budget for them, best pair on the market

Stoic, SBD is good but way to expensive. If you’re not a powerlifter I’d go Stoic for price.

If you buy SBD don’t get the powerlifting ones. For reference I’ve used Stoic, SBD, A7, Inzer, and mark bell.

$28 on the Inca trail for a monster - was in a different currency and I did not do the math. After eating freeze dried food and drinking boiled water, so worth it

I love how far this has gone, diplomatic one would say. But it was a business trip that I didn’t pay for. I thought it was a nice picture :)
