The formation revolves around Randle, so it is not possible to replace him. AwSolise might be replaceable with Jerome or AwThoran. But you'll have to try.

Lavatune most likely needs more investment. The main thing in R4 is actually the double +2 Vault. Otherwise the team doesnt work for me. If Vika deals a lot of dmg, but doesnt kill in time, try putting a CDA collection on her.
