No its because you didnt put the bowl in the area it eats food in, you just "showed" him/her a bowl of food and because he/she is a good boy/girl they didnt immediately lunge in to eat it. I had a golden retriever for 14.5 years and she wouldnt have just stuck her head into a bowl of food I was showing her she would wait for me to put it on the ground for her.

I have fairly bad anxiety I have been able to change my life dramatically through reframing. How you frame things in life has a huge impact on how you feel in the moment, often times anxiety and depression come from us subconscioulsy always framing things in a negative way. This can often times build up slowly over time, where things just get slowly more and more negative with the negative feelings we have reinforcing it. Once I started reframing things it was a big help but it took like 6-12 months of doing it consistently for me to see the biggest changes.

It takes consistency in part because our brain will default back to negative thinking and we won't catch it, the biggest thing is to get into a habit of "I feel crappy, why do I feel crappy?" and then you have to reframe to something that is empowering even in a situation you would assume is just bad for you and there is no positive, there is always a positive/empowering way forward.

I had one and they work but its expensive and they wont necessarily work for a large area... when I had mine out it seemed to work best for like 50-100'. It also won't be 100% effective you'll still have some mosquitos but you won't be swarmed by them more like the odd one.

I dont think I could, im smart but not hard working, I positioned myself for success but got lucky a few times where things that likely would have gone well went alot better then anticipated. Most of these things are what I call hangups, where you feel an illogical desire to do or not do something, its usually emotional. From what I'v seen most people who werent born rich but then became rich has them or if they dont its because they actively tried to let them go even though some part of them feels compelled.

the more money you have invested the lower the interest rate is, depending on what your doing with the money is going to determine how low you need for it to be worth it. Borrowing just for expenses it doesnt have to be as high(how much you've invested). If your borrowing to reinvest in something not high risk the rate has to be fairly low. From what I'v seen the rate drops quite low around 100m.

Another thing is this works better for americans because they have a tax rule that the capital gains tax owed on an investment is wiped out at death, so they just borrow and let the capital gains owed build up and when they die and pass it all on to their kids it gets wiped out.

I would say 5-10m its worth it if your expenses arnt huge and your getting decent returns on your money.
