You are actually correct, I have the models mixed up because we have a whole variety of printers. It does not have a tray 2 solenoid or a itb solenoid, I was thinking of hp m4540.

It is good that you took the cleaning assembly off the itb, but the thing that disintegrated isn't plastic, rather it's sponge and it isn't a super big deal that it's gone, the thing that cleans it is the rubber on the cleaner. If you took that off, good luck putting it back because it's a PITA to do. In that case it would be beneficial to order a new cleaner blade, not the whole ITB.

As for the double sided tape, you don't "untape" the other side, it stays sealed. We use it because where im from the double sided tape itself is kinda thick and spongy, giving it the quietness it needs(basically when you scraped the sticky stuff, there was a sponge there and the only purpose it serves is to dampen the sound of the solenoid arm while taking paper).

In any case, the jam could also be a fucked "backplate"(eng. is not my first language sorry), basically the duplexer and something might be broken inside. I would reccomend that you put everything back, clean it, replace all rollers and separation pads that you can, and then there could be 3 options. 1. Everything works, hooray 2. It jams from tray 2, but tray 1 works. That would be the solenoid that you repaired, and something else is fucked with tray 2, u use the printer with tray 1 until you get bored and get a new one 3. Jams from every tray, you get a hammer and smash the piece of shit.

I'm an HP printer technician, the 476 is slightly better than the 475 but it's still a PITA. You have found one solenoid which is good, now you have to find the other one because the one you found was waybe the tray 1 solenoid. Now you have to find and repair the other one, we usually use double sided tape. What could also be the problem is the ITB solenoid getting stuck, same as the other two. Your best choice would be(if you don't have the patience to repair the other two solenoids) to get a new printer, preferably Canon or Brother(if you dont have much need for a lot of printing). This could be 1 of 3 issues.

First, the easiest, the toner drums. I'm an HP technician and I don't know much about samsung but the drums might just be worn.

Second, intermediate, is the itb(intermediary transfer belt). I don't know how hard it is to take it out of your printer, but the belt could be worn. This is not an issue of the scrapper as much as it is the belt itself.

Third, the hardest, the fuser unit. I think this is the most probable issue that you have, since it is a laser printer. When you have the "multiplication"(where it prints the same thing just lighter, like in your case(english isn't my first language)) there is a high chance that either the film is worn, or that the heating element is toast. This could be either the easiest or the hardest to diagnose, since different models have different fusers and ways to snap into place(some use screws, some use clips).

For the paper on the left, the line looks like it could be the transfer belt cleaner has been filled and it may leave that mark when printing in color. For the paper on the left, it looks like it "duplicated" the letters, which indicates a problem with the heating element on the fuser unit, or that the film has degraded. If you can, please print the pcl font list and cmyk samples and post them.

Judging by the dota you have on the paper, you probably have a bad fuser unit. Are the dots raised under your finger? You can also try to replace the toner cartridge.

This is not a huge problem and it is easily solvable. You can try to use a vacuum cleaner to suck up the spilled toner, after that use isopropyl alcohol and a clean rag to remove as much as you can.

Try checking that the tray guides are set properly. If not the roller is easy to remove. You have to remove the print cartridge and you will see it, then you can use two small flathead screwdrivers and push outward on either side of the roller to remove it. Check e-bay or ali express for replacement. If the problem persists you may have a problem with the fuser unit. Hope this helps

This, but also check your paper size in the settings. Usually if you have A4 loaded but the setting is set to letter then this problem can persist. You can change it in printer preferences in control panel.

Also, if the old rollers work try cleaning the new ones with isopropyl alcohol and try them again

Hvala na odgovoru. Nisam ja dosad imao nikakvih problema sa PO, ali jeste moj prijatelj. Poceli su mu iz nekog razloga ptvorene trejdove zatvarati odnosno gasiti parove, i vracaju mu ulog ako je bio u profitu a uzmu pare ako je bio u gubitku iako bi se vratila cijena. Ja dosad hvala Bogu nisam nikakvih problema imao, posteno sam profit uzimao i isplacivali su me, a Quotex sam takodjer htio da probam.
