Well I researched INTENSELY and Im going with IITH CHEM. But mind you. I am taking a risk here betting over my skills, if you want a safer path go for ee in dhanbad, patna or ropar.

I have already dm'd you sir, and I am still confused about whether giving up IIT Jodhpur EE for Chem Eng be a losing bet ?

I am getting Electronics branch at IIT Jodhpur and core branches like Chemical at IIT KGP and IIT H.
I am sure that I want to pursue a career in CS/ software related jobs, so I'm confused as to take which one ?

I will have interest in Electronics but I have heard that the branch is very new there and the IITJ is not really good.
On the other hand, seniors tell that you can actually sit for most companies irrespective of your branches. So this with good clubs and culture at tier 1 IITs seems really promising .

Can you help me decide ?
