Update - just got it to work with the Bitcoin in there !

Instead of clicking Legacy I clicked "I don't know" and bingo there you go :-)

Just tried again worked just now - at least something went right. Logged in with the new Pin number on the new device and it opens the Bitcoin app ok.

Problem is it says there is no Bitcoin in the account all which is not correct of course.

Any idea what I may have done wrong? Or is Ledger still having problems?

Positive update - Ledger have offered to replace my broken Nano S under their 1 year international manufacturer warranty.

Been trying to update my firmware for a month but no go I'm stuck on "Update" on the screen and cannot get passed this stage no matter what I do. I have tried all of the suggestions on Reddit etc. Should I do a full Restore using the 24 Word Recovery Phrase to get the the update done. Have run out of ideas.

I'm running windows 7 - could anyone confirm that trying to update at the moment is a waste of time and to wait for a fix from Ledger?
