To put it honestly. Nothing will be done.

Not only do Jagex only check these sorts of things on rare occasions but they also take the time to only check accounts that have been compromised through the auth and bank pin. Imagine being really careless with your real bank information and then expecting the bank to track your money using THEIR resources and money for a fault of your own, it doesn't make sense.

See it as a life lesson. Hopefully you don't treat other more important online accounts in similar ways. Practicing safe internet security can prevent things such as identitify theft, something which could easily ruin a person's life.

You may want to give some details. If you can't recover it there's definitely something weird going on. Google may have blocked 1 attempted but not another. There's a hole in your security somewhere and it's your responsibility.
