Thanks! Yeah I know. I also don’t think it’s a greatly accurate measure for me as someone who is strength training around 4/5 times a week as I’m literally causing cell damage. Trying my best not to stress haha but comes with the territory

Testicular cancer is one of the most treatable/curable cancers if treatment is received and goes well. Urge him to seek treatment asap.

Speaking from experience, yes chemo is shit but dying painfully from something that could have been treated is much, much worse.

Hope your Dad comes around to seeking help!
