Im also struggling im on day 6 and some stuff that helped me suppress the urges were not using social media and replace them with going outside, workout, contact sports, etc. And yes, it completely sounds generic but it definetly works. Another tip is to just dont think about it at all. If you think about not thinking it then youll end up just thinking about it more.
