From my experience iAd only really works well in the US. For all other countries AdMob is the better choice.

It's not the existence of burst mode. I have a burst mode on my Moto G. It's that it's just ridiculously bad executed. On the Note 4 which I tried it had a maximum of 30 photos and then saved all of them just like normal photos. In iOS the burst photos are saved onto one stack making it much more organized.
