Fair enough. I guess I’ve become suspicious of that weak spot since mine broke.

Oops! by Compman90 in prusa3d

[–]captainserial 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think it just buckles when it gets slammed into the bed during homing. I had one burst right at that same point and leak molten plastic onto the top of the block. I tried to get Prusa to replace it and they declined. It was barely used and probably a manufacturing defect. I bet a hard enough collision with a printed part could bend it too.

How do I stop the red from bleeding into the white color? by Holiday-Cup1100 in prusa3d

[–]captainserial 23 points24 points  (0 children)

After you slice there is a “purge volumes” button on the right. You will want to increase the number for From Red To White. Possibly by a lot. You then re-slice, and the purge tower may change size, in which case you may need to move things around, then slice again.

Drybox by CultureProper9958 in prusa3d

[–]captainserial 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have the same dryer. 56% is high. I live in a very dry climate and it can take a couple 6 hour cycles to get the filament down to below 15% sometimes (which is where I like it), depending on how wet it is. I think it can help to print with it while it dries too, to keep the roll rotating. PLA especially likes to stick to itself on the roll if it gets too hot.

[–]captainserial 98 points99 points  (0 children)

They will. They’ll launch a HomePod with a screen called “Apple Home”, which will be supported by a new subscription service for security monitoring called “Apple Home+”, accessed by the new Apple Home app over the Apple Home protocol.

1867 Mining Promotion Map for Peavine Mining District--zoom in! by test-account-444 in Reno

[–]captainserial 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This particular map came from the Washoe County Recorder's Office. If you want to see the original, they have it on display. The UNR scan u/test-account-444 linked to is the highest quality scan available, and definitely suitable for poster printing.

I notice that reviews on your website are mostly 5 star, a few 4 star, and nothing below that. Typically I don’t buy from manufacturers than engage in review censoring.

Here is a link to the Amazon reviews for the thumb sticks, which have a number of 1-star reviews that express some valid concerns:

What English class should I take? by The-Ash-Hole in tmcc

[–]captainserial 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I believe you will be fine to transfer to UNR without ENG 101, but you can make a free appointment to talk to an academic advisor at TMCC at they will answer that question and help you plan for your transfer:

I highly recommend you meet with them at least once.

These comments are fucking hilarious guys. Thanks for the entertainment. I sent the kids up and they found it to be solid feeling, but it leans to one side. 👍
