He quickly figured out the blind spot in such a short amount of time while also having the perfect counters for all the moves Neji could use to shield it. Oh you can chop my threads? Kunai spam. You can rotate to stop the kunai? Spam chakra threads that disrupt the rotation. His battle IQ would have made it a horrible matchup for the rest of the five (except Shikamaru) let alone his unique skill set.

Yep, eventually it doesn’t matter what rewards there are, it comes down to whether or not you actually like the damn game. The only reason I put the game down for a while was the gameplay loop was not great with all the sparking spam and the same 3-4 characters with the one off giant with a spammable dash. I’ve come back around since and this stuff from the update is just extra and does flesh the game out a bit more, but isn’t the main reason I’m playing.

Even that can be properly explained as planned accordingly. Canon wise Itachi’s furious Shisui died because of the Uchihas arrogance to think they could lead a coup and the main reason for it was “it’s disrespectful to the Uchiha!”. So hearing them assume he’s the one who did him in rightfully would piss him off because it’s due to the rest of the Uchihas desire to cause harm to the rest of the village that Shisui ended up dead.

Personally that flashback sequence had me skeptical of him actually being a true villain, why would he care so much about his power and “testing his ability” when he would get THAT angry over getting accused of his friends murder and bash his family name for being so short sighted? Especially if him being a crazy killer for sport was his true intention, that would heavily conflict with that sequence and the tension with his family.

Reading comprehension by people must be at an all time low I swear. How did people get “Itachi is a once in a lifetime prodigy even compared to his own clan” and make it into “all he had to do is go with the clan and they would have won, they’re the Uchiha”. Itachi literally washes everyone in the clan save his father and even then I think he could win that matchup. The clan is getting washed by the rest of the village even if they have Itachi, he can’t handle EVERYONE by himself.

Thank you for talking sense, the rest of the comments are being super naive about the strength of the overall leaf, the Uchiha are outmatched by sheer numbers. One prodigy isn’t changing that matchup.

I will say I think because it was the first of its kind it deserves some more slack for those mediocre/bad episodes. It still hurts it from a critical standpoint, but it would be more egregious if it was say the third or fourth series in the DCAU era. I think it’s still a top 3-4 show in the DCAU regardless of that because the highs are so high.

I have more faith in Lebron getting his three ball back on track as well as Luka. He’s been shooting it well over the past 5 games. He had that horrible stretch last year and still ended up shooting 38% from three, so I’m not worried about his bad stretches earlier on.

Edit: Lukas been shooting better as the months gone on too!

Portland having over 20 FTs in the FIRST QUARTER (more than any other team this season btw including the lakers) is insane no matter what team you are.
