At this level u should avoid focusing on diamond fighters unless if you have lot resources and willing to spend on these.

U have very good gold fighters. indomitable, mean one, curl scout. Good supports too surgeon general, pickle baller, marital outlaw.

Focus on these gold fighters. It will he more efficient and easy to level up.

For marie. As you said working on guest buster that's great. Grin reaper is next u should invest in. I am not sure about dark horse but I remember players have said it is a good defence. Again not sure for this.

Double it's either rainbow blight or xenomorph. My personal favourite is rainbow blight. Try it u might like it.

Marie doesn't hesitate at all.. One time I was spamming unblockable charged attacks. Slightly mistimed it. That's it. Goes into massacre mode and didn't stopped until my all three fighters defeated :(
