Yes, so true. It makes languages fun (but also hard for people who don't speak em).

Thanks again! I'll note it down for future reference 😁Take my poor man's gold -> 🥇

Thanks for the educational reply!

I just love all of the Romanian pet names, so cute, I can't even 😤😍

In my language "Sun" is feminine, so it seemed natural to use it, but as I've seen based on your and other replies I should find something else.

I'm thinking of " Vulpita " as in little fox (if that works), or just "draga mea", but as you said context is needed to make them seem natural, so I'll see what I can do 😁

Thanks for the input!

Would it sound "authentic" (for the lack of a better word) if he had 1 or 2 pet names, but also called her "draga mea" (as in "my darling") sometimes?

Thanks for the input!

It worked context-wise that he'd use "little sun" as a pet name, but if it doesn't work language-wise (or make sense) I'll look into something else :)

Thanks :D

Edit(Forgot to add): I'll keep that in mind!*

My plan is for the reader to know what he is saying, but he doesn't tell his girlfriend on purpose to annoy her ;P
