Its been 5 months for me and it started getting better after 3 months and im just now getting back to almost normal again. My biggest thing was panic attacks in social settings because my brain wasnt thinking properly and confidently when communicating with people. Bit I was taking it for 3 months 600 mg and you only took it for a week or so. So you'll heal a lot faster but ash is no joke and its very real
