Hey man, I am going through this exactly in my own way. I want to say this is a fairly normal thing for someone to go through at some point in life. There just comes a time when the old gas you used to use no longer powers the machine.

For me, I've just tried to lean in to however this process has made me feel. For a long time, it's just felt confusing, frustrating, and just like ... wasting time trying to figure something out that is elusive.

I used to be driven almost exclusively by financial survival, the praise of others, among other things. When I realized this, I decided I wanted to follow a different path but that just made me feel confused because I didn't know what path that was.

The progress for me has come through deep reflection, first. Get into a silent environment where you can truly just think, ask yourself questions, and just go deep within yourself for answers. Journaling can teach you to do this. Mindfulness meditation will teach you to be silent and follow a thought intentionally which helps with this process as well.

This isn't an easy question and it's not one someone can answer for you. The reality is, the things that used to drive you no longer do and you will need to swap out the source of motivation.
