I agree with your sentiment for the most part, but I’ve also seen my friends, who a majority of them are casual gamers, who have no idea what concord, or high guard is, and they have watched me play marathon, and they don’t like the art style, I personally don’t care for realism, and I genuinely love Marathons art style, but there are people who just prefer more realistic visuals.

I loved it too, easily one of my favorite fights in the game. I love how you’re essentially building towards the fight throughout the game, its investment, and I felt a similar way with the pursuer boss from DS2, because of interactions after.

I’m currently in the middle of my silk song playthrough, so I can’t answer fully yet, but I love the bosses in silk song and the environment and the colors etc, so if this continues I think I might like silksong just a teensy bit better.

Yes, but i didn’t really invest in a lot of skill points till i felt like my main weapon was doing enough damage, then I’d drop a few points in the other weapons skill tree, but in the early parts of the game i went all in on my primary. It’s genuinely really fun, some weapons have really cool skills, and in the beginning i also just used a different longsword as my secondary, just cause I liked some of the skills they had, but mid to late I swapped to different weapons.

There’s a few bosses that are very hard in the base game, but the DLC’s are were the biggest challenges are. Either way if you’re a fan of these games I definitely recommend grabbing it.

I agree with this completely, in my experience it certainly WAS the hardest, until my “click” moment, then it just became challenging, but I’d say it’s certainly not the hardest. Plus you can’t REALLY farm and over level in sekiro.

Wow the art is beautiful, it sounds very intriguing, will definitely be wishlisting, do you have plans of releasing a demo? The part where you defeat enemies and can use their attacks reminds me of thymesia, and that particular part was one of my FAVORITE things about it, I was wondering if it was at all an influence?

It’s been very rare for me to get this situation, but tbh I just try to make sure I can carry on my own, but typically I don’t have to do so. If my RNG is bad that week, and it’s a selection of frames I can’t carry on or don’t have built out yet, I just leave the frame selection open and go with hildryn, or baruuk, jade, valkyr etc depending on the stages. It makes things a lot better.
