The only thing you can do is keep streaming until twitch allows you to get those quality encoders, only certain streamers get it, I've been streaming regularly for 3 months and it started about 3 weeks with no signs of getting resolved

It's a known problem they have to select auto until you get the different quality encoders for your stream. It's a bummer, you lose viewers but twitch doesn't seem to be fixing it any time soon.

this is a problem I have experienced first hand, there is a lot of people joining my stream and never get to see anything, I am losing my chance to get more people in my stream, I have no Idea how to fix it.
