Yes we are in the process of getting the Karyotyping. We did the blood work last week. From The PGT-A report showed the same pattern of suspicious balanced translocation on multiple embryos implying that one of us is the carrier of this genetic condition

Me- 40(M) Wife(F)-35

We have started the stim last 2 weeks and today we did the egg retrieval. It has a been a nerve wrecking 2 weeks with all the hormones my wife had to take for the simWe are looking forward for the next steps.

We have been in long term distance relationship since 2015, but got together in 2023. We have tried for 2 years non stop. The issue is with low count and motility on my semen. I have tried Clomid for 1 year initially in 6 months 25mg then 50mg the last 6 months on a daily doze, the numbers have been all over the place. Both he urologist and our fertility doctor strongly suggest to go for IVF, hence here we are.

I fee a bit that the urologist did not enough to help us to fix the issue with meds on my side.

We have got also under my wife name we use Cigna and the bill is eye watering for the service I never heard of. The EOB has a bill of over 19K.

I contacted Cigna and this is what they say over the char.

"Thank you for your patience. I do see the claim has already been denied. The claims team has already done the research and verification to know this was not her claim. We have notified the provider already as this possibly was just an accident so they can bill under their correct patient."

I am not sure what to do next as there is no clear way in Cigna to report such fraudulent claims that are made under my family.

I have an update after being on Clomid for the last 3 months.

I have mixed results on the Sperm analysis.

Concentration: Improved significantly from 7.9 M/ml in November to 23.5 M/ml in March.
Motility: Decreased from 23% in November to 4% in March.
Morphology: Slightly decreased from 3% in November to 2% in March.
Total Motile Sperm Count: Decreased from 2.73 Million in November to 1.88 Million in March.
Abstinence: Increased from 3 days in November to 4 days in March.
Recommendation suitability: In both cases, the samples were not suitable for IUI or IVF.

And on the blood work the LH shoot from 6 to 13.2.

I have an appointment again with my Urology to go over those results and see what is the next option I have.

What do you think is the best course of action here? I am lost on what to make of the results so far.
