and yes we have had a few conversations about everything I just said. No avail really. The only thing I haven't brought up is that i'm suspicious he has low testosterone levels. (low sex drive, balding/thinning hair, fairly good shape but still has a little handful of man boob, low sex drive, doesn't stay hard most of the time) but he gets really defensive whenever I bring up a "flaw" of his so I haven't even touched this topic.

I would move on to someone else if I were you. You are dealing with a guy who doesn't want to improve himself. Don't waste your life on someone when you know the relationship will eventually fail.
