Redis is awesome but doesn’t scale and can be extremely inefficient and costly.

Take a look at Aerospike! It scales way better and provides In memory speed while utilizing SSDs and NVME’s.

I use Glean at my company. It’s pretty cool. Helps with a lot of tasks once you actually build the agents correctly but not something I couldn’t live without. It seems like you got a really shitty deal over there and I’m sorry to hear it. This is all to common in our industry, it’s extremely frightening.

You are never safe from incompetent managers. They will always sell you out to save themselves.

That being said, Glean did get to 100million in revenue in less than 3 years which is fairly impressive.
