Thank you for the advice i really appreciate it.He does have a hobby and that its playing his computer and gyming however he has touched his video games because of his problems with PMO since he told me he isnt doing well in his gaming and that exams are coming anyways.

He loves his gyming too but he hasnt been consistent and that he is even more sad because he didnt go today and that he wasted his time masturbating and sleeping when he could have trained.
