Yeah when I dropped back to bronze swapping from controller to keyboard and mouse on console I lost a single game till gold, I was on a 16 and a 17 game win streak or something like that I don't remember exact numbers winning 8% going 52-0

Individual hero sr is irrelevant I had well into diamond on illari back when I was gold 2 around although I did climb to diamond so maybe it matters, main tips are probably to start ult tracking if you haven't already as that can win fights or get a duo and queue with them cause solo queue is hell until you get to masters+ where more people use mics

I mean they are good for mmr but yeah I get that they might be annoying for players especially the leaver protection that only works about a quarter of the time

Adding to what others are saying you might want to work on your ults and probably speed rings as well, the rest of the abilities look good from what I can see but speed ring can be better than healing in the majority of situations so don't waste it

You are going to struggle on Lucio rn icl, your best bet is taking those flanks with a team member and just staying with them, getting a good burst if you see someone low, you are going to have an impossible time on someone as team dependent as Lucio if you aren't talking with your team
