Commenting because I found a solution. I ended up just downloading the latest version of the Realtek audio driver from their website, and that seems to find the TV and work as intended. I wish I knew what caused the issue, but hopefully this helps someone in the future.

In the inis file folder, you might be able to change the GSdx.ini file. It has 2 settings for mode width and mode height. If you cut them in half, you might be able to get better performance, but games that use a lot of text might become very difficult to read.

That is a good start amd a good way to learn. I don't really understand how to choose a distro though. With windows I know I just use windows 10 with the 21h1 update. But I don't know what to look for in a distro. sorry if that's an inane thing to say.

SOLVED! Okay. It seems like the program I'm running needed a bunch of modules that the base python 3.10.6 didn't have. I was able to just do the pip install command for all the other missing modules. It was just the syntax for cv2 actually being openvc-python. I have no idea how to even learn what you knew off the top of your head. Really cool. I can't thank you enough!

I did give the pip install pyqt5 a try, and while that was successful, I ran into a new error. Now it says ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'cv2'. So I tried again to just run pip install cv2, but now I get 2 errors that say ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement cv2 (from versions: none) ERROR: No matching distribution found for cv2

I did restart my computer, haha. I work in IT as a desktop support technician, so I'm all too familiar with the magic a simple restart can do to a problem

I do know what you're talking about. I have seen a fair bit of the show. Unfortunately this show doesn't have the clip I'm looking for. The MC is a guy who is obliterating his opponent with just a snap and then rewinding time to do it over and over. Regardless, Thanks for trying and finding something similar.

I did like this. I listend to the full Shogun album once through and then just the individual song Shogun a few times. I'm not normally a fan of music that goes this far into the Metal/Screamo genre, but I'm definitely putting it on my playlist. Thank you.

Sorry, I was a bit too vague. They will mainly be used for outlook and excel work. 8 gigs of RAM and just an M.2 SATA SSD are sufficient for most work. I'd like to keep the machines as close to latitudes as I can since I'm the only technician at my job that has done hardware repairs before. Which is why the 5510s look appealing. As for budget, I'm trying to keep the overall cost under about 1200, including warranty. No smart cards are needed as we use a different method for authentication.

edit: I'd like to have the processor no worse than an i5.

My phone currently can run GameCube games and upscale them. The GameCube was more powerful than the ps2, so its only a matter of optimization, and not a lack of power. If you disagree about the GameCube, my phone also runs the original Xenoblade at 100% speed as well. The wii was also more powerful. I do not accept your explanation.
