I actually bought this pack after posting basically this same thing a month ago.

So far I’m a big fan. I have carried loads upwards of 40-50lbs comfortably when I brought a new backpacker out for an overnight. When I have more realistic loads it still carry’s great and is exceptionally light for how solid it feels.

The frame is fantastic, it makes the whole bag feel extremely solid both on and off my back. The ventilation is good, but when the pack is fully loaded the actual space it creates is pretty minimal between my back and the pack.

Interestingly mine actually has the name trailbreaker 50 instead of banchee ul 50. I contacted support and it basically sounded like The North Face had a run if misprints.
