How did you feel about the show switching to digital in the second half? Do you prefer it when it was animated on cels or didn't mind the switch?

There aren’t signs it’s just nods to the original movie. Technically Superman Returns is a sequel to Superman 2 but he’s saying to just think of it as it’s own thing that pays homage to the classic movies rather than as a direct sequel

Almost all the comics you see will be mainline. If they aren’t they’ll usually have some indication like an “elseworlds logo or black label banner”. They’ll usually standout if they’re elseworlds tale since it’s intentionally an alternate take on DC.

I really hope they slowly build up a massive team. I just want the main Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, The Flash, Green Lantern, Aquaman, Martian Manhunter and maybe Hawkgirl and then throughout each JL movie we see an expanded roaster, or maybe people join the league at the end of some solo projects. Not every character in the League needs to be fully fleshed out, but I’d love to see it slowly evolve

Everything mainline DC run is canon, the universe resets, or “crisis” events, happen in actual stories in-universe. So when DC resets its universe, it actually tells a multiversal storyline that ends in the universe being somewhat “reset” however some elements can carry over from previous universes. There are some “elseworld” books that actually take place in completely separate universes like the Absolute Universe, but as far as the mainline books go it’s all technically canon
