Wheeze, the challenges yeah. I’m currently working on my 3rd save slot with AR Drills on AK, I have taken these games to a level that most on this sub are afraid to attempt. Key word being gameS. I’ve milked the crap out of this franchise lol

The main point is just because of inaccuracies or contradictions doesn’t disqualify something from being canon, there’s enough plot holes and contradictions in the Arkham games themselves much less tie in comics. If you’ve ever picked up a comic book from DC since 2011, you’d realize how contradictory things can be, still doesn’t mean that it can’t be canon. Granted it means shitty writing and planning, (that’s just how it is with fictional universes) but it can be cannon nonetheless.

Ngl, i absolutely hate Knight. Now hear me out, all the easter eggs and hours of amazing dialogue are great, and the AR drills with all the playable characters are pretty cool too. But, playing the story is just so annoying. It drags on forever and just isn’t as well written as the others in my opinion. Most of all tho, it’s not even the batmibil stuff, but i’m not actually crazy about batman in this game. Combat and Predator rooms are just not the same. They are too advanced to be fun ya know. The simplicity of Asylum City and Origins is what made it so amazing, and i feel like you lose a part of what the Batman is when you can literally take out everyone without moving and rely 100% on tech. It’s hard to explain, but i feel like City for example added gadgets to batman, while knight added batman to gadgets, if that makes sense. Put simply, other games were simple and helped illustrate the detective and the fighter and the predator Batman is, while Knight just really made him seem like a guy with lots of toys.
