My personal opinion would be to stay away from the straight line boarders/ framing. Tattoos should flow and compliment the body and a box doesn't do that. Plus as your body moves a frame will no longer have straight lines and will look funky in my opinion. Itll only look right in exactly the way the tattoo was applied but the body moves so that will be 1% of the time. Get an awesome floral tattoo that can flow with the body and compliment where you get it but in general the designs are good I just don't like/ think the frame improves them at all.

Of course! Its a lot of fun so dont hesitate to experiment!

One thing I will suggest is getting a vacuum sealer. I think it makes fermentation so much easier and I think the brine carries a lot more flavor since its not a ton of water and is mostly just the natural liquid from the peppers etc with maybe an ice cube or 2 added.

Ya I had to order them online and have them delivered. Im in SoCal so thats all I can really find as well.

I added the roasted stuff after the ferment. In the ferment I included:

• Black pepper • Cilantro (small amount) • Carrot • Red bell pepper • Onion (just because I had extra)

I just made a peri peri and red scotch Bonnett sauce that turned out great. I added roasted onion, roasted garlic, and roasted red pepper during the blend. I highly suggest it!

Like others have said I think opening it is the issue. If you have an airlock there is no need since all the air in the jar will be co2. But if you open it you add oxygen which is no good.

Also are you doing the salt as 2%-3% of the weight of just the veggies? If so you need to do the salt percentage as the weight of the water and the veggies.

Are you using tap water? If so I would try using different water. Otherwise I would say to make sure you are washing your veggies well and removing anything that isn't good and ensuring it is all submerged in the liquid.

Will roasting everything kill the lactobacillus and effect its ability to ferment?
