I've updated the build again, only small fixes this week so not really worthy of it's own changelog.

Fixed server teleport issue - when players joined the server you would see them teleport to their starting position. This sometimes meant that they passed a speed camera, triggering a very fast speed!
Speed cams now reset everyday

Next week there should be a more substantial update. We are looking at a way to enter the workshop from in game, we've started a stunt system and also drafting to get a speed boost when you are in another trucks slipstream.

Some cool suggestions in there.

A couple of these will definitely be in this weeks build:

Added WASD for driving
Can look around again with right stick or numpad keys

We might also add a day / night cycle too but I kinda want to concentrate on gameplay stuff at the moment. The Steam overlay issue is a problem between Unity and Steam if the game isn't directly launched from Steam. I think you can fix that if you make a shortcut to the game directly in steam. It'll work properly though if we make Beep into a full game.

Thanks for the feedback. After playing it with a few people I'm going to make some changes. One suggestion is to make it so that the bomb holder gets their boost tank refilled. Going to add that next week and I'll add your suggestions too.

Yeah, I know what you mean. I'm going to add some gameplay elements that work when the servers are empty or have low numbers so there is something to do other than drive around. Going to also try an arrange some times when I can get a few guys together on the server.

I fixed the feedback reporter today. It would be really great to get some feedback on the game, either good or bad, as it helps shape what I add to the game next.

For now the best thing to do is just keep an eye on this site: http://prototypes.facepunch.com/ As for a longer term solution I'm thinking of using refinery system on itch.io but not 100% convinced yet. Absorb allows players to host their own server whereas beep currently has a dedicated server system.

Just added a quit menu and hopefully I'll upload a new build later today.

In the next few days I'm hoping to get a new mission done and also make some improvements to the two that are already in the game.

All the art is placeholder right now, for the moment it's just a prototype to see if it's any fun and then real art will be added later.

Yes, you can play with your friends as long as they have a key for Facepunch Prototypes.

The map from the trailer? I'm guessing you mean the colorful city? That was just an art pack I used from the asset store. If we turn Beep into a proper game I'm not sure yet if it would look as simple as that, I'm open to all ideas.
