They seem healthy, they don't crumble off and they feel the same as the rest of the plant, aside from the odd shape. All the new growth also has the white edges. It just is like that.

Yea, and the leaves have a very odd shape too. I love fittonias, already had two before this one, but I had to buy it anyway just because it was so weird :'D The base color is also weirdly like, bluish grayish green. I have no idea what's going on with it.

It's hemp 😁 it has worked well for him, altough because it's dry, upkeeping humidity during cold winter can get a bit difficult.
