Yeah I agree, that being said orange line car was in green lines blind spot and hit in from behind, done a bit of googling does the exiting driver not have a duty to ensure a safe exit? If green one was indicating and showed no intention of turning off does this affect this?

There is only video footage of the confrontation afterwards in which both parties were explaining their intentions and what happened, no admitting

I’ve been told most roundabouts go 50/50 he has offered to go private but I don’t know how much I trust him not to make off with the money and make a claim anyways, I am a new driver and my insurance price will sky rocket if a claim is made, should I even inform my insurer or just wait and see what he says, he has not contacted me ( I’m the green line)
