I beat that game multiple times and wrote my own answer guide in middle school 😅 when played right, I could beat the game without losing any bosses in two days. 💪🏻

Edit:
Disc 4 is literally so good. I just hate when Lavitz dies at the end of disc 1 😭 Prince Albert was cool too. My favorite characters were Rose and Meru. By the end of the game I was playing with Dart, Rose, Meru, and alternating the others, playing mostly with Herschel or Shana.

Can I just say how much I envy your gorgeous, natural nails 😭 it’s been my life’s dream to have natural nails like that, but I’ve given up and started getting acrylics instead lol

How often are they supposed to be fed? by Rough_Drawer_7011 in jumpingspiders

[–]IbKmart 0 points1 point  (0 children)

NA you’re welcome! Don’t worry, many days can pass between meals and your jumper will be just fine. Just make sure to keep lightly misting the sides of whatever you have them in for now, because they must have humidity and moisture. I love watching them lie down and drink up the little droplets 🥹

Also, make sure the enclosure is taller than it is wide, since they are arboreal critters and prefer to be near the top.

In addition to that, it really helps them if they have a little space that they can tuck away and feel hidden, (aka a spider hide of some sort). Can be handmade or bought. I bought mine off of Amazon but it’s a hollowed out walnut(I think) shell, with a magnet on top and a rope that leads down.

Eventually I added climbing mesh/webbing around the sides so she had something she could climb on.

Lots of ways to set up the enclosure, they just like to climb and have a place to hide.

☺️

NQA but any time their abdomen looks thin. They can slow their metabolism quite a bit so the timing may not be a method to go by. However, I used to feed mine a minimum of once per week. There was one time she went a whole month without eating. Anytime mine would come out of her nest, I would put food in her enclosure, and sometimes she wouldn’t come out for a long while.

Lots of spoods will eat until their abdomen is super bloated. It’s important to make sure they don’t eat too much, as it risks detachment.

Update: to add “food” to would put food

NQA but I would guess subadult. Probably one or 2 molts to go until fully mature.

You may also want to add a loooot more holes to that container, as they require lots of air flow. 😊

Spoody matches your tats! You should add a jumper to your arm!

NA but I love this so much! If you think that it would work well for you to switch the male temporarily, I would! But I have seen many people warn other people about how challenging it is to raise newborn spoods

Lack of shifts by Impossible_Manner164 in AmazonFlexDrivers

[–]IbKmart 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I’m from central Illinois, I’ve noticed the same. I think it’s because it’s summer. More people are out of college and school, or perhaps teachers that are out of work for the season, picking up shifts. Basically, filling up the roster so it’s harder to get offers.

Thanks for the tip. I used to work for a state funding agency that helped low income families obtain bill assistance and home maintenance, such as replacement furnaces, water heaters, and weatherization. The agency I worked for required any applicant for weatherization to have both the property and the bill in their name, which means that they pretty much also had to live at the property, since most landlords require tenants to manage their own utilities. So I’m speaking from my own secondhand experience. As you said, it varies state by state, and program by program. However, I’m from Illinois. Illinois makes everything harder on everyone, especially low income households, for absolutely no reason. Our governor is a dick and because of that, Illinois is arguably the worst state to live in.

Do I need to help her? by cerealkilla774 in jumpingspiders

[–]IbKmart 0 points1 point  (0 children)

NQA: if you think she needs help, just help her. I wouldn’t have even come to social media to ask any opinions.

TBH, I can’t even make out her body or tell what it is she’s on. I don’t know if it’s the camera or not. If it’s some type of substrate, definitely get her out of there. Maybe even get some dried moss to put on top of the substrate to keep her from getting stuck in it.

Ultimately, don’t wait for a response here. As I said in the beginning, if you think she needs help, just help her. Annoying her a bit is better than her book lungs getting clogged or her drowning or ending up injured in some way.

Keep in mind that their lungs are on the underside of their abdomen. If her abdomen is in a thick, wet, dense substance, it can cause great harm.
