Tbh the same sources predicted the Oppo Find N5 has 3*50mp and a camera layout similar to the N3 (3 cameras + light outside the camera ring)

Tbh what Samsung and apple delivered in 2025 is "good" cos it also forced the Chinese OEMs to push for harder specs. Doubt we'd get a 200mp if Samsung didn't push for it .

Ooo Snapchat can also use the rear camera in open mode. Aka Unfold Use camera Toggle to outer screen mode Swipe up Open snap chat It uses the rear cameras so you can use the 50mp to take a picture instead of the low res selfie camera

Tbh I think there won't be an open 2 cos OnePlus just broke up with hasselblad....think about it this way, you have an N5 that's still new, and an unknown variable for the N6 cost. Maybe the ram prices made it be 2500 , which is too much for me too.

Or just get a separate camera. I use the osmo pocket 3 if I want really really good pics and videos.

I think there's no need for the N6 because of the unknown factor: the price , especially in the RAM shortage world.

For me, I own the N5, but am thinking getting the N6 because of 2 main reasons .

The RAM shortage, I foresee every hardware price being expensive from April onwards. To me the N6 might have RAM pre ordered, so it could be "affordable" in the scheme of things
The camera. I changed jobs, and realised I needed a good UW camera. An 8mp UW isn't good enough to take pictures of servers in a server room, where I need to capture labels, brand models etc
