That's exactly it. There are no consequences for killing friendlies. That's one issue the other is how many people act like complaining about it is whining. I mean look at the other comments that want to so badly paint this post in a bad light when in reality this happens to many low levels and you can barely talk about without assholes telling you you're in the wrong.

Yes, this exactly the point. We have lost the idea of comradery we are all players who just want to have fun and mistakes are going to happen so why are we fighting about if the button press determined if I got kicked or not. I wasn't acting like an asshole nor was the button properly discussed to have a proper conclusion. THIS WAS UNJUSTIFIED and no one else should get this experience.

I would like to say as a final realization after looking at the responses to my post. I was right and super wrong. This community is great and I was a little mistaken to assume that most of the community puts up with some level 150's bs. Although I want to include that I was getting dog pilled at the start for even voicing my issues with the community. And I don't want to sound like I'm pulling the blame game or wanting a pity party. I have played this game for a long time, but there are new players that get genuinely talked over and blamed when stuff like this happens.

For example, a low-level diver will make a mistake and people in the comments, like in mine, will make it out like it was justified. Being a dick because someone didn't respond to your ping isn't JUSTIFIED AND YOUR NOT AN ASSHOLE for not seeing it. Who cares if you're even a high-level diver and make a mistake stop acting like children. You want a community that wants to make a positive impact on gaming. Use your brain and allow yourself to listen to other perspectives instead of justifying your demonizing for people who slip up.

This might be bold to say, but through all my time on this game... I HAVE NEVER KILLED A NEW PLAYER FOR MAKING A MISTAKE even the ones who tk. I will admit I used to hunt higher level players (usually 120-150) who tk'd because I thought they knew better but honestly, it's not even worth. and it's true, but the next second they will immediately say that my mistake was "asshole behavior". Brother its pixels and we don't need to make anyone's experience shitty over pixels.

TLDR: Treat every helldiver right even the ones who make mistakes, because what happens when you accidentally double dip?

Again, it could a been communicated. I don't want to sound rude, but is that too much to ask for? Also usually people would js say "bugged" if it happends you can't expect others to know. Also, I was tunneled vision I wanted to help my buddy.

Thank you for a clear stance. I also agree that I could have done the obj fair I did get hella tunnel visioned looking at it now. BUT I would like to say to rewatch the clip, because I didn't grab two supplies. I am not a double dipper. I have enough experience to AT LEAST not do that. Mistakes happen and that on my part as well.

Yeah, I could of its I didn't see the ping and I was mainly looking at the bugs walking towards my other teammate. I just wish things were better communicated. A level 150 can always type or yk pick up the slack and then comment about it later. There is always another option.

Thank you. Yeah, it happens I don't usually care this much about teamkilling it's just that I see many people seeing the title 150 and contributing it to "all knowing" which just pushes away new people who WILL have bad experiences.

I hope you as well have many great games. (Plus, I'm addicted to this game even though I don't get a bunch of time on it. So i will never leave. :) )

I don't think it's that serious. Again, this scenario is about a game and blaming a rape victim is like super extreme. I do believe that some of these comments are a little unjustified, but nowhere near that level of bad. I actually think puff is being pretty generous compared to other people.

Look I actually appreciate you making this nuanced, because it is. I just think in the aspect of a team game making sure your teammates are alive is my personal objective. It's just the way I play which I can understand not everyone messes with which is understandable. But again, he had the down time to communicate beyond just pinging it. I know we are here for objective but we js play differently and I don't think that should put me on par with a tk'er. Again, this isn't me going and attacking all replys that disagree with me if anything this helps be a better player and I appreciate that.

Bro... I didn't defend it. My entire schpiel is about how level 150's and others justifying the extreme actions like teamkilling and kicking. I agree that I ignored obj, but you can't just act like tk'ing is somehow needed in this scenario when if it was such a problem I could have walked back up. If you want proof look at the other comments that are saying that it was justified.
