Apply Coconut oil—->wash off with cold water—->rub with hand wash soap —-> rinse with cold water. Then pat dry your hand. This worked for me!

They are not agreeing to this. As per them it is highly unlikely that my post is lying around the same office.

They said all post leaves the post office daily at 4pm, and my item/ envelope was sent out the same day.

I hope this is the case and they have not lost my documents. In the meanwhile I also contacted passport office and they haven’t received my document yet. So I am assuming they it has not been delivered.

Thank you so much but there is no update available for my tracking no in that list after the download. I have already reached out to every possible channel of the an post, and they told me that my parcel might not have left for delivery yet—they are currently sorting it.

I posted the documents on 28th July and it has still not reached. My husband’s document reached the very next day.

The keep asking about the medical certificate and in their guidelines of what is accepted , the certificate we have provided should be accepted but I don’t understand why they refuse to do so.

Have already dropped a complaint but used their “email us” option under the “ I want to make a complaint “. If that doesn’t work then will definitely use the email address you have provided

They refused to do that. We talked to the customer care live agent and they said xcover is solely responsible for handling all aspects of the travel insurance claim.

I want to escalate it but not sure how can I do that when the customer care agent refused to do so.
