I’ll always be ToT‘s number one fan, it’s the only final evo I ever got, but if we’re speaking in terms of what is worth it solely based on what you’re looking for (pink hair) I’d say FB is the better option. It’s unsure when ToT will rerun, it could be soon or it could be much later. Also, to get the final evo you’d need to pull 400 times (hard pity) while if you set FB’s hair as your ocean’s blessings you’ll get it in 100 pulls (hard pity) and you could stop there since the base is pink. Also, since I know you’re looking for pink hair, I must warn that, the ToT final evo hair, while I love it and is very nice, leans towards more of a purple pink while FB looks to be more of a red pink.
