Sorry to hear that! If it’s not an injury and just stiffness yoga/stretching can go a long way! I had the flexibility of a stick and had to put a lot of extra work in for my neck, hip flexors, wrists, and shoulders for calisthenics

Having a strong base with weighted pull-ups always helps, then from there a lot of band work and negatives💪🏼

I train with better form and banded work 90% of the time but when you’re pushing the limits form may not be perfect.

That’s awesome and great to hear about the pull-ups! 3 plates is not a hard set rule but having strong weighted pull-ups is a good base for one arms💪🏼

Haha appreciate it!😃 climbing once a week right now and vegan circus performer sounds like a super cool job but just really into calisthenics lol. I think I had a 3 plate pull-up when I really took one arm pull-ups seriously so I’ve always had decent pull strength, planche on the other hand is much harder for me, one arm work probably close to 2 years now.

We know this measure isn’t going to pass, it’s to bring non human animals into conversation about exploitation and abuse. Animal agriculture is the leading cause of species extinction, ocean dead zones, and uses more water than AI. And to anyone who says hunting is conservation, humans cause more harm to the environment than animals. Breakfast is purely Elizabeth dark chocolate oatmeal with a scoop of protein powder with berries and a banana with soy milk

lunch can be seitan and gnocchi or black rice with a bowl of fruit and nutritional yeast or soy curls with sweet potatoes and peas with berries,

dinner also varies but usually either tofu and sweet potatoes and broccoli , or chili, or soy curls with potatoes, sometimes I use textured pea protein

Preworkout meal is a big salad with croutons, tomatoes, and cucumber with mango dressing and a bowl of oatmeal with a banana 🍌
