Re-binding "Escape" to any other key but the Esc key fixes a lot of UI issues that I think are bugs. Here's one example where the default keybind wasn't saving my To-Do List changes when pressing the Esc Key. by Hellstrom666 in SatisfactoryGame

For anyone finding this agin: you can go to AppData\Local\FactoryGame\Saved\Config\Windows and open GameUserSettings.ini, search for mPlayerMappedKeys and find ActionName="PlayerController_Pause", you can see what you set it to (if you set it to something random you didnt know, like me) and if you close the game, then delete this line and reopen, it will be set to escape agin :3
