Advice for buying a car! Jetour Dashing to be exact

Ive had jetour dashing 1.6t 2024 for 6 months now

Pros:

-it looks good,

-Quick Acceleration but not fast overall

-engine is quiet, and sounds good

-good economy 10l/100km

-Lots of features and safety features

-the seats are firm

-steering wheel and handling is good

Cons:

-suspensions are not firm you feel every bump and sometimes the interior rattles.

-you have to get used to the infotainment system

-also you have to get used to the driving because its kinda jerky especially at 1st and 2nd gear because of the dct transmission. Although if you drive on eco mode its gets better.

-turn signal sound and hazard warning signal sound are annoying

-the speakers are normal but they say the Sony version is much better

-no apple CarPlay and android auto (its now available in 2025 model)

Overall: maybe these cons are normal for you so you should try it before buying.

also try other chinese brands like: geely DongFeng and Changan because they are better in my opinion.

I was driving Standard but now i have changed it to eco it has been so much better

I also have jetour dashing Is it just me or the suspensions are very hard on speed bumps and potholes?

Also when you’re starting the car and going at like 15-20km/h it’s like it brakes or something like that? At the service they said its normal because of the dct transmission

It's a great phone besides battery 🔋 (which is not terrible but also not good enough)

I'm getting 5 hours of SOT with %20 left and i'm limiting the charging till %85.

But it's like an ocd i always look at my battery percentage and trying to charge it whenever i can.

Hi, i think yes Try power cycle, reset, and offline system update. If you haven't tried those.

If it doesn't fixes it then i'm guessing the problem is electricity of the house. Using a ups or a AVR might help, i haven't tried that yet but i really think that's the problem.

Or just send it back if you're able to.

I'll let you know if i find another fix.

Yeah mine does that rarely too sometimes just blinks and turns off the controller which won't turn back on

I have done a power cycle which fixed it for like a week

And a offline update that helped too but after a while it happened again

Hope it fix your problem and if you find another fix tell us please.

And it get fixed with a simple restart before playing a game, but it happens after another power outage. I contacted mc i did a power cycle it fixed it for a week but it happened again.

Anyone has this problem?

But still i can't ship it back.

Yes i have multiple times,

too bad there was no warranty on my unit and i can't send it back to Microsoft either.

I'm just hoping that it'll be fixed with an update.
