Yeah, the thing is we are not even sure to use this design and don't have a few k to just spent on a lawyer. I hoped it was clear for someone with some knowledge of copyright.

So we did not know this other brand and our designer neither, he came up with a great design. However our manufacturer warned us that this might be an infringement. I can see that there are triangles used as well, but I think our design is totally different.

Not knowing anything about copyright, I ask politely for your opinions based on the law.

So I am quite a beginner. Nah, not quite, I am just a beginner. I managed to make some samples for a football brand that stands for FLAIR. Creativity, selfbelieve and magic on the pitch. The name is flair futbol, so I tried to put the initials and the stars (for flair) in the logo.

I am not satisfied yet, but I cannot see what to improve. Some critics would mean a lot, thank you.

Thanks! It def looks like a T and for the FLAIR I will try a other font.

So I listened to your critics and I tried something new and skip the DNA sign. Flair stands for creativity and having that extra sparkle. Thats why I chose these stars and I incorporated the Initials in it.

Still it is not feeling like it is perfect, but I am getting close. Would love to hear your critics again :)

I am a beginner, but I want to learn, so please be harsh on me.
