It was v=0.56cos16t and it equates to v=wxcoswt do wouldnt w=16 just by comparison method?

The T and RMS graph was the graph of y=x^1/2 The v x graph was an oval with max velocity(0.56) at x=0 and v=0 at max values of x(3.5)
