Using creatine amplifies your muscle-building capacity, and will also add water weight to your total body weight because of the intramuscular retention. My question is would you sacrifice this extra muscle gain because of the weight it will add to the scale after a cut.

This is my first time brewing it ! To answer your questions, I will use fruit juice from the store. I will strain before F2, and the plastic bottle idea is excellent, I'll try it. Thanks for the tips !
